[Known]Focus cost on locked glyphs go way up if same glyph is unlocked

    when you have a locked glyph with one of the same glyph unlocked, the locked glyph is 2x focus cost immediatly.
    when there are 2 in the unlocked, its 3x
    when there are 3 in the unlocked, its 4x
    when there are 4 in the unlocked, its 5x.
    this 5x if for every use of the locked version of the glyph.
    not sure if that is what you intended.
