    Title: Focus regen in Aetheric Feedback uses % instead of flat value
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    The Focus Regen value for Aetheric Feedback is displaying a %, instead of the flat value.

    e.g.
    +2% Focus Regen (should be "+2 Focus Regen")

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Use Aetheric Feedback immediately after a spell critical hit - to get the focus regen buff
    2) Mouse over the Aetheric Feedback buff icon
    3) Observe that the focus regen value is a %, not a flat value

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
