    Following Artifacts cant be Masterworked or enchanted could be more..only tested these so far :

    Frozen tear of titan - no enchant no masterwork
    Gaia Heart - no enchant no masterwork
    Necklace of cautious precision - yes enchant no masterwork
    Conflagration wand - no enchant no masterwork
    Ankh of sacrifice - yes enchant no masterwork

    Tear of titan is carpentry I think for some reason, you may or may not have tried that...

    We also had reports of Staff of Anarchy and Dolus Hood that have been submitted, so we don't need additional reports of those.
