[Known] Fortify Defenses never procs reaction bonus on Linux Client

    Title: Fortify Defenses broken on Linux
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? for making this glyph work
    Details: Fortify Defenses's reaction bonus (protection vs crits) does not proc on Linux client
    Steps to Reproduce: 1. train fortify to 80 2. lock fortify to hotbar 3. charge glyph, activate when orange number for a crit on player flashes. 4. wait for orange number for crit on playor to flash, tap glyph. 4. cringe as neither use activates the anti-crit bonus.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.15 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit

    Ugh... still not fixed as of today. Tested Riposte just now and that is still broken too. Lots of broken skills :(. R54 maybe?
