[Known] Fortus End - no overworld exit boat at docks

    Title: Fortus End - no overworld exit boat at docks

    Details: Most towns with docks have a red-sailed boat which exits to the overworld. Fortus End apparently does not. There is also an overworld entrance to the docks, with no matching exit.
