[Known] Free attack on bow not working right

    Title: Free Attack on bow is not working right
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? NO
    Details: the first free attack (charge) doesn't charge and you have to let it go and it shoots an arrow, then you can charge the rest of the attacks
    Steps to Reproduce: on your fist target try to do a free attack on it, the charge bar will not show up and doesn't look like you are charging. you don't even have to be targeting anything.
