[Known] Fullscreen mode ... is different

    Steps to Reproduce:

    it used to be full screen mode, if you tabbed out it minimzed.. now it shows behind everything suggesting its more "windowless and screensizeed" not full screen

    have other stuff open tab out and see sota behind it
