[Known][Game Freezing, Framerate, Hitching issues...

I have this issue constantly where it locks up for 1 to 3 seconds no matter where I am in overland, in one of the area's, with everything turned on or turned off. The only thing I can see is I am running at 144hz and can't change it.

 

What do you mean 144hz? Can you post your system specs? You can use the command: /bug in-game and use Paste to add the info into this page.

Btw. the hitching when mobs respawn is still there @Attenwood

Best zones to test are outdoor zones like Deep Ravenswood, hunt for 1 or 2 hours there and watch the hitching.
Everytime the "hitching" occurs mobs respawned

Running a BenQ XL2420Z and it seems the hitching isn't just because of my issue.

 

The hitching has nothing to do with your monitor. Nearly everyone is dealing with hitching. Things should get better as they do more optimizations to the game.
