[Known] Glacial Glissade only hits 1 target and has multiple tooltip issues

4. Details: Glacial Glissade description states: "A powerful polearm attack that can knock down, knock back, and slow the target with a sheet of ice.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Try using Glacial Glissade against a group of targets, compare Glacial Glissade actual effects, flavor text, and tooltip to each other.
6. User Specs: MSI GT72S

1st issue: Knockdown - The skill is able to knock down for about 0.5 seconds but the % chance and duration of knockdown are completely mixsing from the tooltip (only generally mentioned in the flavor text/description)

2nd issue: Sheet of Ice - The skill slows the target directly but does not create a sheet of ice that slows any target that steps on it as the description would suggest, this is misleading information. Honestly the idea is cool though and if it worked the way it's described would be way cooler than how it actually works right now (especially since the attack it exceptionally weak - does a very tiny flat unmodifiable amount of damage that never changes it just always does exactly the damage listed) being able to drop miniature ice fields would be pretty cool and great for kiting though.

3rd issue: Glacial Glissade only hits 1 target regardless of weapon used or number of valid targets available.

Combos in general seem to have been missed on recent TLC and balancing passes. In the glyphs menu, not even all the available combos show up either.

 

The description states a single target. But the part where it doesn't slow a target, and the description info, I can bug: # 58649.
