    Title: Hallucinogenic Gas debuff tooltip text changes too rapidly to read during first 5 seconds
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? No
    Details: For the first 5 seconds of the Hallucinogenic Gas debuff caused by environmental mushrooms, the text on the tooltip changes so rapidly that the tooltip window flickers and becomes unreadable for the attunement effects. Observed in Mysterious Swamp at Loc: (-127.5, 18.0, -4.1).
