[Known] Halmar in Braemar in Conversation Loop

    Title: Halmar in Braemar in Conversation Loop
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: If you want to talk to Halmar in Braemar, the main quest giver there, he only says: "Halt! All new travellers must answer a few simple questions! Where are you from, stranger?"
    I tried many keywords, nothing happens. Tried answering in sentences - nothing happend. Changed the matchmaking mode - no result. Seems to be broken.

    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Braemar, talk to Halmar.
