[Known] Hamstring debuff icon remains on dragon after DOT duration ends

Title: Hamstring debuff icon remains on dragon after DOT duration ends

Details:
The Hamstring combo has 2 components:
1) Damage over time
2) Movement debuff

When attacking the Dragon, after the damage over time expires, the movement debuff icon remains on the Dragon. (This might be just the icon itself staying there, the movement debuff may actually have expired)

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Attack Dragon with Hamstring combo
2) Wait until the damage over time expires
3) Observe that the Hamstring debuff icon still remains on the Dragon
