[Known] Hamstring not appearing on Glyphs / Combo window

    Title: Hamstring not appearing on Glyphs / Combo window
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Hamstring doesn't appear on the list of combo glyphs.
    Steps to Reproduce:

    1) Open Glyphs window
    2) Switch to Combos tab
    3) Check "Filter by School" and make sure subterfuge tree is checked.
    4) Search for "Hamstring Glyph"
    5) Observe: You'll find the Hamstring Glyph, but its named "Disorderly Displacement" (see other bug report.)
    6) Continue searching for Hamstring
    7) Observe: No additional Hamstring Combo Glypth. The Combo would be "Rend" + "Trip".
