[Known] Healer targeting fail - Stacking glyphs causes fluctuating/artificial target

    1. Title: Healer targeting fail - Stacking glyphs causes fluctuating/artificial target
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No, but very problematic in combat
    4. Details: Playing as a healer, stacking glyphs gives the appearance that a target is selected, but they are actually not and if you cast (in range) the glyph targets self rather than the indicated target. Also, the indicated target may fluxcuate on/off or between targets.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Have no target selected, face party member in-range. Stack healing ray/grace. The UI indicates that party member is now selected by displaying their name at top left. In actuality, they are not selected, and even if the name remains displayed as targeted throughout the timer and execution of the glyphs, it is cast upon onesself.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 32706
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti GPU RAM: 3038
