[Known]Healing Burst not healing party members

    Title: Healing Burst not healing party members
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: I am standing right next to party members with low health i cast healing burst spell goes off and they are NOT healed not even 1 hp
    Steps to Reproduce: recast spell and zone in and out of zone
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4) System RAM: 8143
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6100
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.521.Date.12.15.16
    Area: Novia_R2_Hills01_CragFoothills
    Area Display Name: Crag Foothills
    Loc: (176.1, 53.0, -82.0)

    I am not seeing this on 521. It's possible that it's part of the de-sync issues we are having and you are not seeing the party members where they really are. I will submit it to the team for review :D

    This might be tied to the known AI player position sync issue. We submitted a partial fix for this with 522, if you could verify if it's still occurring as of latest?
