[Known]Healing Ray animation hitting wrong players, out of party, out of range

Area: Deep Ravenswood (HiddenVale_Forest02_Tier5) Loc: (95.5, 33.0, 142.7)

My party member and I keep getting the Healing Ray animation when it's being cast by people outside our party, but in the same scene. Very disconcerting

 

So neither of you are casting healing ray? Who else is in the scene with y'all?

 

Are you actually receiving the effect ofhealing ray? Or just the visual?

 

It's just the visual as near as I can tell. I left the scene, but will go back in there.

Edit: I'm chasing them around spamming healing ray, and sometimes it veers off and hits them, but does not seem to be restoring any health.

Did not realize this issue was posted already, I posted the same issue here.
Of note, the person who receives the healing stream appears to be the master of the instance.

 

I also noticed a player summoned elemental "hitting" me from across the scene with some kind of lightning spell. Kinda scary!
