[Known] Health and Focus regen - descriptions for food, blessings, instruments

    Details: The descriptions for food, Honor and Sacrifice Blessings and artifact instruments should be changed to say every 5 seconds instead of per second.
    Steps to Reproduce: Notice the regen rate is slower due to the change.

    • Regen and Focus Regen Frequency: In previous releases, the health and focus regen tick occurred once a second. This resulted in a lot of extra updates and work for little benefit. The regen tick will now occur once every 5 seconds for 5x as much.

    Also include Healing Grace, Cocoon of Night and Elysian Illumination - heal over time spells that need to be converted to 5 seconds instead of per second.
