[Known] Heraldry Blazon not showing up on plate chest

    Title: Heraldry Blazon not showing up on plate chest.
    Reproduction Rate: 2/2 (quit and re-launched 2x)
    Blocker? no
    Details: Heraldry Blazon is not showing on my Heraldry plate chest. It does show my Blazon on the tooltip.
    Steps to Reproduce: Look at heraldry plate chest gear.

    Likewise cloth, shield & banners, also when placed as a decoration both the blazon and dyes are missing.

    We think it will be. Although note there is always the possibility something else unexpected may arise. I feel good about it though.
