@Applerust The issue that I said was fixed internally was separate from this. Issue # 61184 is still unresolved.

That said... after turning up the brightness on my monitor, I can finally see what you are talking about! The artifacts/splotches that you were trying to point out weren't visible on my monitor before. Even after turning up the brightness, we had to lean in close to see the issue that you were pointing out.

I will add more information to this issue now that this has been clearly identified.
