[Known] Heraldry is blue with pure black

When you dye your chest heraldry with Pure Black, it looks like midnight blue. Here is a screenshot compared to Pure Black on diffrent gear.

 

I already started a thread on this bug.. you should do /bug in game and copy and paste it. They haven't responded to this. I wonder if they even acknowledge it. we need more people to report it. maybe then.. they'll fix it.

this is a general bug with dying things that have their own underlying color, not just the heraldry armor. i don't know an existing number but it's long-standing enough that i'd be surprised if it hasn't been logged.

 

Do we know if there is any intention of fixing?

 

Its a damn shame if this an issue that they've known about for a while. As a newer player it's pretty disappointing after spending all this Irl Money on multiple Heraldry sets and spending IRL money on Pure black and Pure white dyes. I for one wouldn't of wasted my money on something that wasn't working as intended. If it is a known bug. Why wasn't this communicated to be a known issue? Please fix it.

We did and do have a bug for this: # is 58672. It's in the works. This # is with heraldry items that are dyed black.

Its not just black. I have my plate dyed dark grey primary (black secondary), and it looks dark blue as well, just a different shade.
