Title: "Hide Quest Item" in Inv makes them not show up in Give Quest Item UI

Blocker?Potentially, very confusing
Details:If you "Hide Quest Items" in your inventory, and then go to hand one in, it won't show up in the NPC's "Give me the item" dialog. There is also no apparent way to make them show up from within that window.

This can lead to a lot of confusion, as a player who isn't thinking about how he hid the quest items months ago is now seeing the Give Item dialog opening, but can't find the item anywhere.

Steps to Reproduce:Hide Quest Items in inventory, then go try to turn in a Quest Item.
