    Title: The quest is over for me but i continue to see the glowing quest on my compass
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: i validated the Quest and the compass continues asking me to see Horatio for the Quest, when i go there nothing happens when i speak to him, the quest continues glowing on my compass
