[Known] Highvale Outskirts Blue Mist Skill Gain

    4. Details: I just started the quest from Esmerelda in the monastery in Highvale Outskirts. I got constant skill gain in Blue Blooded from standing in blue mist in monastery steeple.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Have blue blooded skill learned on character and have a large XP pool. Go stand in the blue mist in the steeple and you will slowly, but constantly gain in the Blue Blooded Ice magic skill. In my case I was taking no damage from standing there but my blue blooded skill raised constantly. I would suspect this could be exploited to level the skill to GM within a very short period of time.
    6. User Specs: Windows 10, Intel I7, Nvidia 970.
