[Known]Hot-bar issues

Title: Hot-bar issues.
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? Yes.
Details: You scaled the non-combat hot-bar down to 50%. That's OK but it's missing the key numbers below the icons (this is actually pretty important). Once I go into combat mode, the combat hot-bar is not scaled and stacks on top of the non-combat hot-bar (see first screen-shot). Then, when I go out of combat mode, the non-combat hot-bar is permanently disabled (see second screen-shot).
Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
User Specs:
OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.453.Date.02.10.17

[edit] One more issue, I checked and then unchecked Auto-Hide Hotbar in the options and this is what happened (I'm not in combat mode):

 

the icon in my 6th slot is pushed up too, and it's not rez.

 

Yeah if you hit the 6 key it puts you back in combat.

Having only one time to use the peace bar skills per scene makes the QA unplayable for me right now since I cannot recast buffs spells since they do not last very long.

I also cannot read any spells that have two numbers together for number of uses left and chance to cast based on fizzle.

 

I also find this almost unplayable as it is. Can't do anything with the hot bar in peace mode, not to mention that it is just way to small for me to see.

 

Was coming to report the same issue, so just tagging along.

Once you go into combat, the miniaturized non-combat bar is unusable.

 

You and me both MAAAAAAN I can't QA tonight :-/

 

Move a decoration and it fixes it! Relog, or zone... all viable options! (where is the /reload command????)

if your peace bar is disabled, you still can cast the stuff using the hotkeys 8, 9 and 0 atleast

 

I cant cast any of the non combat bar once Ive been in combat

Retested this in patch 456 and the tiny non-combat hot bar seems to be usable after entering and leaving combat, if you wait long enough for your agro to be lost and really be out of combat.

But, the non-combat hot bar is still too tiny. Please make it resizable or adjustable in the game menu or something for those of us who think it is too tiny.
