[Known] Hot-bar items get removed

    Title: Hot-bar items get removed.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I have my reagents and potions in my equipped backpack. If I unequip that backpack then the resurrection spell and imbued restoration potions get removed from my utility bar.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32164
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Linux.64.623.Date.07.03.17
    Area: BasementSceneDungeonVillage_2Floor
    Area Display Name: Village Stone 2-Story Basement
    Loc: (15.6, 5.0, 10.2)

    Ive seen some skills drop off my utility bar, but Im not sure if Im managing to click them

    The imbued restoration potions and resurrection spell get removed from my utility bar every time I log on now.

    We are not able to reproduce this issue as of latest, in QA. Are you still experiencing this issue?

    I had this on live. Had all my buffs, light, recall scroll, and fishing on the bar. After switching characters, some were missing. Not just appearance, because using the keystroke didnt cast it. I completely cleared the bar and reloaded the abilities from the skill tree and it hasn't recurred, but no idea what caused it.

    I see it most when I switch between accounts. It's almost like the hot bar is formed before the characters abilities are loaded and it's remembered the last guys

    This is still an issue even on R45 QA. The screen-shot below shows the two slots that are always empty when I first start the client and login. It also doesn't matter what I put in those slots.
