Title: I am being interrupted far to often, by inferior opponents.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
Details: My build for offense is mostly Blades and Earth, Adv L83... I am no stranger to being interrupted on casts, but what I'm seeing here on QA 417 must be a bug.
In R35 and prior, I had my Obsidian Arrow interrupted maybe 5% of the time when fighting tougher mobs. In QA today, I was being interrupted by Elder wolves around 70% of the time.
So I went to Timbers and Large Timbers and it was still 70%.
Finally, I went to the Grey wolves in West Ravenswood, and even THEY were interrupting my Obsidian Arrow 70% of the time, and they were MISSING ME 80% of the time.
    My Tranquility innate is 65.

    Please correct this.

We are seeing a few reports for this, @FrostII, and are investigating. Thanks for the report. As always, more information will be helpful. Most who are reporting this are Melee players. Are you using free attack or auto attack?

I went out there with my spear and found that when I had auto attack turned on, I was interrupted 4 times in less than a minute, despite taking very little damage, but when I tried again with only casting, I had zero interruptions doing the same fight:

In R35 the only interrupts were stuns. That was a bug. I think I see what people are seeing and putting in a change now. If any damage gets by your armor and by the base amount to ignore due to your Tranquility skill, then you always have a 20% chance to be interrupted. I'm going to eliminate that and make it purely based on percentage of your hps. That means the math will be damage you take minus your interrupt tolerance from Tranquility skill (and probably crafted items in the future) times two divided by your hit points.

So with 583 and a Tranquility skill of 60, which grants 6 interrupt tolerance:

    5 point hit - 6 = -1 damage = 0%

    10 point hit - 6 = 4 damage = 4/583 hps X2 = 1%

    30 point hit -6 = 25 damage = 25/583 X2 = 8.6% interrupt chance.

Also, we have reproduced the "Auto attack causes interrupts" issue and are working on a fix. This apparently has always been an issue but few spells had interrupt windows so we weren't seeing it.

Known issue with melee auto-attacks interrupting your own skills.

As of Build 420 this issue seems to have been resolved.
    Thanks.... ;)
