[Known] Ice Field doesn't have extra effect

    Doesn't seem to say anything about this on the tooltip. The radius increase yes, the resist debuff no.

    As an aside, freezing this wizard did not seem to aggro him, in fact, as you can see he is turned and walking the other way and still not coming for me even in the time its taken me to type this. He aggros as normal if I step close, though.

    Also, neat new effect.
