    Details: Ice field+ice arrow almost stuck the target on place, not sure the cap is working properly.
    Also using skills to remove slow effects the first effect can be dispelled but the second randomly becomes undispellable even using several times the right skill.

    Looking at the code and it looks like 20% of normal move is the minimum move rate. I'll try and get a repro on this later today as I'm sure if something is wrong, it will be exploited.

    As for not removing stuff, Oneandonly is currently working on that.
