Title: Improper durability reduction on failure
    Reproduction Rate: Reproduced 3/3 times
    Blocker? No

Details: So, when masterworking an item and you fail (on the third masterwork), it appears to deduct 25 durability from the primary durability and 30 from the secondary. In the picture below, I had masterworked the sword twice @ 48% (3rd masterwork) with a starting durability of 80/80. After first masterwork it was 50/55. However, if I had a success on the masterwork, the durability would go back to being normal (i.e. successful masterwork with a -10 durability reduction, durability would go to 45/45)

I tried this both on the carpentry and the blacksmithing tables on different items. I will post here with more examples if needed.

Update: Same thing is happening with enchanting, reducing primary durability by 25 and secondary 25 or 28 sometimes (it seems to vary)

When failing on a ring, it states that it lost 25 durability, but in actuality it subtracted 16 durability and 13 max durability from the ring. After enough failures I had a stated -120 durability from an exceptional ring (started at 100 durability) despite it still having 30 durability (also had 3 sucessful enchants on it).

I also wasnt sure if the item level is supposed to drop when you failed....I tried to masterwork my +19 bow but had reached maximum masterworks and then when I tried to enchant it, I failed and went to a +17 bow then again to +15 and +13 with 20 durability left.

I have noticed this as well, not sure if that's intentional

Interesting. I'm not sure either to be frank about it. (And don't call me Frank).
We will review: Bug #: 58074

Thanks for the honesty and I may or may not have considered calling you frank as well :)
I've been anticipating this QA and to be fair I wanted to test the looking for group party feature but its hard to test without players :)
