[Known] Incorrect message when ransom resolves

    1. Title: Incorrect message when ransom resolves
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The message, "A ransom you are a party to has been resolved. Check The Price Of The Oracle interface for details. (Hotkey 'Keypad .')" Is incorrect and misleading because there is nothing at all in the Price of the Oracle interface after the ransom resolves.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Get killed and looted. Wait for ransom to resolve (or logout and back in after the ransom has resolved". The message "A ransom you are a party to has been resolved. Check The Price Of The Oracle interface for details. (Hotkey 'Keypad .')" Will be displayed. Open the Price of the Oracle window. There is nothing there.
