Details: I killed the watcher using the bow. I talked to Anais and went to go to the next area. I went by the fence and text popped up asking me to kill the watcher.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to the area where you have to kill the watcher wuing the bow. Text will pop up on screen telling you to 'Shoot your enemy with your bow'.
2) Seak to Anais.
3) Move to the fence and kill the watcher.
4) Go back to Anais and talk to her.
5) Move back to the fence (near the gate area). You will see a message pop up on your screen telling you to 'Shoot your enemy with your bow'. There is no enemy to shoot.
6) Head to the gate, which now opens.
