Title: Issues with wall collision and item placement on Village tower
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details:
Several areas do not provide collision correctly and you can click through many walls.
Several surfaces do not allow decorations to be hung from them.
    - Internally, first floor left hand half of the room.
    - Externally all 'round' surfaces
Screen shots of worst problem areas in repro notes.
    Version: Release 42, Win 64, Build 612
    Steps to Reproduce:
    a) Inability to hang decorations internally and externally
Attempt to hang a banner on any external surface of the "round" tower, this fails.

    b) Click through & collision issues.
Stand on external top area, click area of ladder on opposite side of wall. *Poof* you are on the next floor down.

On the fist floor the left half of the first floor you can click through the internal wall to grab furniture or interact with things through the wall. In the image I am grabbing a hedge.
