[Known] Jabbering Bertha has taken permanent damage

    1. Jabbering Bertha has taken permanent damage
    2. 100%
    3. No
    4. The store bought item "Jabbering Bertha" has taken permanent durability damage. It should be able to be repaired with a normal repair kit like other store items.
    5. Equip Jabbering Bertha when in combat and let it take enough damage that the max durability goes down.
