    Details: I've killed these urchins at least 10 times so far, and the Oracle hasn't mentioned any negative actions yet when I ask for counsel. Perhaps the virtue hit isn't implemented/working - or it just takes more killing?
    Steps to Reproduce: Kill the little urchins in Penmawr Island

    Will check on this but be aware that whatever the Oracle comments on regarding virtue actions is random so it may just not have come up for you
