[Known] Kiln Cistern entrance semi-blocked

I went to poke around in the Kiln Cistern and discovered that the well and ladder entrance was covered with a sarcophagus. Once you open the sarcophagus you can click on the top of the ladder, but I still don't think it was an intentional change.
