[Known] Late Night Not Sync'd with Display

    Title: Late Night Not Sync'd with Display
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Screen shows the sunrise in full force and everything is visible as if daylight, but the title for time of day says "Late Night". It probably should be "Early Morning" or "Dawn". However, it seems really early for visible daylight, so it appears to be at least 5 minutes out of sync.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Noticed approximately :10 after the hour, lasted until :15
    2) Observe: Late Night on time of day description on compass
    3) Observe: Its bright outside and the sun is rising and/or risen.

    Thoughts: Novia Darkness, I'd expect, would be (x):45 to (x+1):15. Perhaps the sunrise effect should begin at (x+1):15 instead of (x+1):10.
