Title: Libris Ruins - doors to this tower do not open (? intentional) & doors do not appear inside the building.

Details:
.....1) both sets of doors to this tower do not open (? intentional; I can get inside the tower by jumping off the rocks and into a hole in the side of the building, so not sure if jumping through the hole is the intended method of getting into the building).
.....2) when inside the building on the ground floor, the doors that are on the outside of the building, do not show up on the inside of the building.
