    Title: locked glyphs don't accumulate heat

    Details: Locked glyphs do not accumulate "heat" when used. They only build a single stack of cooldown when spammed.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16366
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 GPU RAM: 3029
