[Known] Locked items in inventory - Attempting to use locked potions gives "?NeedReagents?" in chat

    Title: Locked items in inventory - Attempting to use locked potions gives "?NeedReagents?" in chat
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    When attempting to use a locked potion, the following message is given in chat:

    ?NeedReagents?

    Expected: an error message saying that "locked items in inventory cannot be consumed" etc.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Lock a potion in inventory
    2) Doubleclick locked potion to attempt to consume it
    3) Observe "?NeedReagents?" message in chat
