[Known] Locked Windows should not Auto-Open

    There is now an option on all doors and windows to lock them.

    If I close the window and LOCK it, it should remain closed and locked and not auto-open on zone load. Currently they re-open and cross-intersect with any decorations put in front of them.

    Tested on multiple houses so I am guessing this is an across the board auto-open which does not consider currently the flag setting.
