[Known] Logging off does not clear party associations

Title: Logging off does not clear party associations

Details: I was playing an alt in a party with my main character (same PC, two clients running). I then logged off the alt and logged a different one in. My main character correctly states that my first alt is offline (first picture), however the second alt displays as being in a party with the main character (second picture).
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start client A, log on character A1
2. Start client B, log on character B1
3. Form a party with A1 and B1
4. Log off character B1 from client B
5. Log character B2 into client B
6. Note that client B believes character B2 is in a party with A1, client A believes character B1 is in a party with A1
