    1. Title: Low Health Screen Indicator is always on (513)
    2. Reproduction Rate: 0%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The red border, low health Screen indicator, is always on, even at 100% health
    5. Steps to Reproduce: log in
    6. User Specs: GTX 1080 Ti Xrremen, Driver 382.33

    I happens to me if I exit to menu and start on the world map.
