Details:
So I go to check on the rift in Blood River, and there's the blue glowy part there with no ring of stones around it.

It also sent me to Owl's Head, which surprised me. Maybe that's the new substitute when entering the destination rift, but it put me at the entrance to OH, not the stones and... oh holy crap, the OH rift was set to Isle of Storms, it's officially a destination again?

 

We have a bug open for the lunar rifts not corresponding from stone to destination: 47285.

I've also noted your trip back to the Isle of Storms in our destination bug report - a flash of the past #47285.

 

I'm not sure if that's a bug or intended. So far it has been the default when you are already at the current destination.

If the rift loops back on itself you will go to Isle of Storms.

 

+1 on this, it was very cool getting to go back to the Isle of Storms! Love looking down on New Britannia from there it is beautiful!
