Title: Magic mover - lost basement deed

Details: I saved the loadout of my house to a slot. I then saved the loadout for the basement on that lot to a slot. I rezoned out and in (as the deco didn't seem to vanish) and the deco was in the bank. I then unclaimed the lot, went to a new location, and claimed a new lot. I loaded the deco for the lot. I could not load the deco for the basement, as the basement had no deed attached. I looked for the deed in my bank and inventory and it was in neither.

Elnoth, upon review of your account, it looks like the basement deed you believe is missing is still saved in your Property Manager loadout from using the Magic Mover on it. You can access this menu from the Window Selector icon in the top right section of the gamescreen. Please verify that the basement you observe in that UI is accurately the one you believe missing. You should be able to move that basement back onto the Magic Mover basement slot for your empty Village Lot.

 

@Attenwood I tested it and the basement restored correctly. Perhaps it was a different problem when I attempted it before such as the Property Manager interface freezing? Not sure, I couldn't restore my basement before and I can/have done it now.
