    Title: Magic Movers: Restoring a house starts 5 minute cooldown which never ends
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: When you restore a house using the property management UI, the house restores normally. However, a 5 minute cooldown starts which goes into the negative and the UI remains "grey'd" out, preventing use. Zoning and relogging does not correct this issue, you have to close the client completely and relog *after* the 5 minute timer is done to reuse the UI
    Steps to Reproduce: Restore a home, wait 5 minutes, cry. Collect your tears and drink them if you're particularly dehydrated.

    I also tried this. It does a count down from 5 to 0 and then goes backwards with negative numbers. I waited negative 30 minutes and logged out. I logged back in about an hour later and I was able to store my house again.

    Details: Used the new Property Management to move my house then restore it. Once I did I waited for the timer to go down with the window still open and it went into negative time. Its still counting down past -5 minutes.
    Steps to Reproduce: Move out to storage slot. Move house back, counter still goes into negative.

    @BurningToad , this is a major blocker as login/login did not reset the timer and I can no longer move anything.

    I believe this is what Burning Toad was referring to in the other thread when he mentioned that you have to restart the client in order to reset the timer. Ive also noticed the negative timer. I've been able to successfully reset the timer after logging out and logging back in.

    Edit: Quote from Burning toad in other thread
    "Oh, and there is also a bug still in this build where the timer will never correctly expire unless you restart the client, but that should be fixed next build."

    Thanks - this is a dup of a previously reported issue - while its important to see it fixed, activity will be taken on that bug Id.
