[Known] Mardi Gras garlands do not stack

    Details: Mardi Gras garlands do not stack, which is both a problem for inventory space (taking up 10 bank space instead of 2 from the recent rewards), but also makes selling large numbers of them difficult. In the stream, Starr agreed this needed to be fixed. The specific item names are "Mardi Gras Strand Garland" and "Mardi Gras Swag Garland".
