Title: Margot Karttunen/Jaanaford - the voices not properly initialized with the NPC Babble slider

Details:
The voices of the Barkeep Margot Karttunen in Jaanaford are not properly initialized with the NPC Babble slider upon launching the client, and resuming in Jaanaford after that:
you can hear her voices when the NPC Babble slider is set to 0%.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enter Jaanaford
2) Go next to Margot Karttunen
3) Set the NPC Babble slider to 0%
4) Restart the client
5) Resume in Jaanaford
6) Talk to Margot Karttunen
7) Press the Buy/Sell Button
8) Close the Merchant Window

Workaround:
I did discover a workaround but
I am not sure which user action triggered her voices to start obeying the NPC Babble slider properly.
