[Known]Massive Weather hits Brightbone Pass!!

    Details: the weather in Brightbone pass on the overworld maps is a bit extreme and you can't see in it.

    Steps to Reproduce: go to location on overworld
    User Specs:

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 24516
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GPU RAM: 1990

    Area: Novia

    Loc: (92.5, 21.7, -317.6)

    Actually I stand corrected. I was on the other side of the pass in Novia...doh.
