[Known] Mining Hat does not receive material bonus from strap.

    Title: Mining Hat does not receive material bonus from strap.
    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker? No
    Details: Craft a Mining hat. 2 sheets, 1 strap, 1 glass sheet. Metal sheets give a material bonus; however, the strap does not.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put 2 copper sheets, a leather strap, a glass sheet and the required coal into the blacksmith station. Craft a mining helmet. Look at the details. Note that the copper sheets give a damage bonus. Note that the leather strap does not give a combat dodge bonus.
