[Known]mobs on stun still scoot on their buttox

    This is a known issue for some time so I wont go in great detail lol.

    The NPC Butt Scoot (dog) is still in game and maybe worse. This happens when you say body slam (knock down) a mob running at you, especially archers and their animation drops to the ground but they still go running off. This looks like a dog scooting its buttox on the carpet. In my tests right now, it looks like it got worse, they scoot farther.

    Not just NPCs... players during PVP too which is the worst :(.
